Creekview Lodges are proud to offer comprehensive health services in partnership with local healthcare agencies. All of our preferred providers are Michigan owned and locally operated companies. Our list of preferred providers is as follows:
Visiting Physicians
Health Care Associates and Community Care Givers
These providers offer their services on-site at Creekview Lodges, so residents do not have to leave the comfort of their homes to access quality healthcare. Some of the services offered to residents include:
X-rays
Diagnostics
Blood lab
Skilled nursing
Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech/Language pathology
Private duty home care
Psychiatric services
Coordination with area hospitals
Medication packaging and disbursement
Medically relevant educational seminars

All residents must have a primary care physician within 30 days of admittance to Creekview Lodges I & II. If a resident does not have a primary care physician, Creekview Lodges I & II staff will be happy to link residents with care via Visiting Physicians or another physician of the resident’s choice.
Creekview Lodges I & II employees have extensive training and experience in healthcare, working specifically with seniors. Employees are supervised by a licensed nurse who works closely with them and the residents to ensure the highest standard of care and compliance with state regulations.
