At CreekView Lodges, we believe that you have worked very hard for the money you have saved and deserve the best services we can provide. To that end, we have established  fair and simple "all-inclusive" pricing which includes the services you need at pricing affordable to any budget.

Our approach is to provide you with a primary monthly rate that is all-inclusive, affordable and fixed for one year from your move-in date. This rate only adjusts when a care level has changed permanently and both you and your loved one will know long before the rate changes.   Our Residents and their families are assured of continual communication from the Administrative staff of the status and up to the minute details anytime they are requested. 

The only up-front cost that CreekView Lodges requires is a small move-in fee to reserve the room of the resident’s choice and cover the cost of the initial assessment, income verification, development of the preliminary care plan, diatary needs assessment, furniture requests and administration. This fee is refundable before 30 days of the initial move-in date or if it has been determined that the resident is in need of more care than be can be provided by CreekView Lodges. 

Monthly room rates are determined by the size of the room, plus the specific care needed by each resident.  Our rooms range from 300+ square feet to 1,250 square feet and can accomodate all individual needs, plus all of our suites have private full baths. All prices are based on single occupancy. If the resident chooses to have a second occupant move into the same room, there is an additional  fee per month if no care is needed.
