At CreekView Lodges, we believe that you have worked very hard for the money you have saved and deserve the best services we can provide. To that end, we have established a fair and simple "all-inclusive" pricing plan that includes a vast array of luxurious amenities.

Our approach is to provide you with a primary monthly rate that is all-inclusive, affordable and fixed for one year from your move-in date. This is very different from other assisted living residences that have additional costs and fees associated with each service or amenity provided. Offering all-inclusive amenities cuts down on confusing tracking systems and billing nightmares and allows residents to concentrate on enjoying themselves knowing that their daily needs have been taken care of.

The only up-front cost that CreekView Lodges requires is a small move-in fee to reserve the room of the resident’s choice and cover the cost of the initial assessment, income verification, development of the preliminary care plan, diatary needs assessment, furniture requests and administration. This fee is refundable before 30 days of the initial move-in date or if it has been determined that the resident is in need of more care than be can be provided by CreekView Lodges. 

Living rates start around $2,800.00 monthly for our large standard room of 300+ square feet and are adjusted based on the size of the room.  We even have a presidential suite of 1,250 square feet. These prices are based on single occupancy. If the resident chooses to have a second occupant move into the same room, there is an small additional  fee per month if no care is needed.
