Respite Care Program
Our respite care program has been designed to offer caregivers some time away from the daily responsibilities of caring for a dependent individual. The program is also ideal for those who have recently been released from the hospital and are in need of recuperation or rehabilitation before going home.

Respite Services:
Creekview Lodges provide the same services to our respite clients as we do for our permanent residents. Some of those services include:
Transportation
Medical services
Meals
Laundry and housekeeping
Personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, ambulation
Companion services such as socialization, reading mail and books, composing letters, Email and recreational activities
Medication assistance
PLEASE NOTE: Because we are continually looking for ways to improve our services, we reserve the right to add, delete, or modify the accommodation and support listing above. Not all services above are included in the standard fee.
