Creekview Lodge - Testimonials

Last week we received an email from the guardian of one of our residents requesting information with which to take to court regarding the care.  We were easily able to pull the dates and cares requested and create a PDF format report for this guardian.  Without having an EMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Records) system in place this would have taken one of my staff hours to compile!

Recently a family came in to move out their fathers items, they came in to talk to us in the office. They wanted to thank us for the care their dad had received and how much they really loved it at the Lodges.  The comment that stuck with me was the son's comment "Dad mentioned to us many times that he should have moved in earlier and that this was the best year of his life since mom died 7 years ago"  This comment brought tears to my eyes, there are so many seniors out there who have lost their spouces and are really lonely.  Give them a chance to have a positive experience late in life, with others of their own age.
